RISE Webinar: Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders Through Effective Mentoring

February 16 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Mentoring can be a game changer for young leaders to navigate corporate culture and overcome obstacles to fulfill their career potential. Not all mentors are created equal and many mentoring relationships fail. A chat with a colleague or friend over coffee does not constitute an effective mentoring relationship and neither is constructive criticism or feedback from one’s boss. Effective mentoring requires structure, process and commitment. This seminar will discuss how to find the right mentor and what characteristics and structure best fosters healthy and effective mentoring relationships.
