"My advice to Summer TRACs is don’t be afraid to reach out to people outside of your department! Contact a few people from each department or maybe a department you’re interested in and just schedule a 30 minute chat to get to know them and their career history. I got to know a lot of great senior leaders during my internship simply by reaching out, it also makes the company feel a lot less overwhelming when you’re just starting out.
