  Partner at Conroy Simberg\n\nNeil A. Ambekar is a partner in the Orlando 
 office of Conroy Simberg where he represents employers and carriers in Flo
 rida workers’ compensation matters\, including appeals\, subrogation iss
 ues and retaliation cases. He joined RISE in 2023 and is a member of the e
 ducation committee. He is board certified in Workers’ Compensation Law b
 y the Florida Bar. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell\, and w
 as named to the “Best Lawyers in America” and a Super Lawyers “Risin
 g Star” for 2023. He is a member of the faculty of the Florida Bar Worke
 rs’ Compensation Forum\, and authored the coursebook chapter on death be
 nefits and mental injuries. He currently serves as an officer for four bar
  committees\, including as vice-chair of the Florida Bar WC Rules Committe
 e. Neil attended the University of Central Florida as an undergraduate. He
  received his J.D. from Florida A&amp\;M University College of Law in Orla
 ndo\, where he was editor of the law review. During law school\, he clerke
 d for a statewide workers’ compensation defense firm and he has more tha
 n 15 years of experience in workers’ compensation litigation. He was bor
 n in Yeovil\, England\, but has resided in Central Florida since 1996.\n\n
 Kim Bethke\, Learning Specialist\, Global Learning\, Development and Diver
 sity at AmTrust Financial Services\n\nKim Bethke is a Learning Specialist 
 at AmTrust North America where she partners with Claims Leadership to prov
 ide in-person and virtual training. She has been with the Global Learning 
 Development and Diversity department since 2016. She joined RISE in 2023 a
 s a part of the Education and College Outreach Committee’s. She has earn
 ed her Workers’ Compensation Claim Law Specialist and Fraud Claim Law Sp
 ecialist designation in pursuit of SCLA designation. Kim received her Bach
 elor of Arts from Covenant College in Business\, Psychology and Sociology.
  Kim has over 25 years of experience in Worker’s Compensation handling c
 laims for large national accounts\, TPA’s\, &amp\; Supervisor experience
  prior to her current role. She is originally from Virginia and has reside
