At the start of our internship program, interns are assigned to small groups where they work closely together for a period of 8 to 10 weeks. Throughout the program, they collaborate on a business idea with our customers and employees. They have access to everyone within Admiral – in every department and at every level of the organization, including our President. At the end of the program, each group presents their findings and proposed business ideas to our leadership team. Following the internship program, our leadership team discusses the ideas and determines how best to integrate them into Admiral’s plans.
