Throughout their 10-week program, interns collaborate in small teams to develop a business idea, leveraging access to employees at every level of the organization, including our President. They present their recommendations to leadership, who then evaluate opportunities for implementation.

When asked to explore cannabis as a potential business opportunity, our interns delivered a compelling, research-driven recommendation to our leadership. Today, Admiral insures cannabis businesses – from seed to sale – in every state where cannabis is legal.

- Interns engage in meaningful experiences beyond their day-to-day work, including a local volunteer day and a team-building event with their mentors and managers.
