Each summer, we host our Liberty Intern Talent (LIT) Summit, a three-day event at our headquarters in Boston that celebrates the contributions and achievements of our interns. The event features guest speakers, hands-on workshops, networking opportunities, moments of recognition, and fun! Interns enjoy customized breakout sessions, a city exploration event, and an exclusive Ask Me Anything with our Chairman & CEO.

Giving back is an important part of who we are and how we show up in our communities. To bring that value to life, every intern receives $50 to contribute to a nonprofit of their choice, as well as the opportunity to participate in Intern Give Back Day, where interns come together for a team service activity that builds connection and provides a meaningful way to give back during their summer experience.
