The Growth & Client Engagement Coordinator plays a vital role within the Growth & Client Engagement Department at Tyson & Mendes. This professional will work closely with and receive direction from the Director of Growth & Client Engagement, helping to execute strategic initiatives, coordinate high-impact events, and ensure thoughtful client engagement throughout the firm’s national footprint in the insurance industry.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and execution-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering excellence in a fast-paced legal services environment. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, adept at relationship development, confident in client-facing situations, possess polished communication skills, and bring a team-oriented mindset to every project.

Responsibilities
Client Development & Engagement

  • Support the execution of client development and engagement strategies and relationship-building initiatives led by the Director, with input from the Digital Growth Specialist
  • Conduct client research and intelligence gathering to support lead scoring, prospecting, and targeting efforts
  • Organize and maintain accurate client data and history in HubSpot, ensuring high-quality, accurate inputs and helpful engagement notes
  • Assist with post-event and post-meeting client follow-ups, including tracking communications and scheduling next steps
  • Collaborate with attorneys and client-facing team members to ensure timely, relevant, coordinated outreach

Event Support & On-Site Execution

  • Approach event planning and execution with a relationship development and client-first mindset to maximize client engagement opportunities.
  • Support the Events Specialist in the execution of firm-hosted events, receptions, client dinners, and conference activations
  • Exercise ownership over seamless on-site event execution, including setup, registration, materials, and unparalleled guest experience
  • Coordinate logistics and communication with vendors, venues, and attendees as needed
  • Track key event outcomes and help identify future opportunities for engagement

Project & Communication Support

  • Support department project timelines and deliverables through Monday.com
  • Draft and edit client-facing communications, including client profiles, follow-up emails, LinkedIn posts, and non-legal marketing copy
  • Ensure all written materials meet firm standards for professionalism and brand alignment
  • Collaborate with the firm’s Digital Growth Specialist to ensure alignment in HubSpot activities and data integrity


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in client development, events, marketing, or a similar client-facing support role
  • Experience in the insurance industry highly preferred
  • Polished communication skills and the ability to confidently represent the firm in professional settings
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines with excellent attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of and certifications in HubSpot and Monday.com preferred
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a commitment to error-free, client-ready content
  • Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time (with peak travel in Spring and Fall)
