- Increase Membership: Expand the RISE community.
- Raise Awareness: Enhance understanding of RISE and opportunities in insurance careers.
- Establish Local Presence: Establish a physical presence in every city.
- Represent RISE: Serve as advocates at industry events.
- Educate: Share knowledge on utilizing RISE resources effectively.
- Be a “Spokesperson” for RISE: Articulate the mission and vision of RISE.
- Visit Colleges/Universities: Engage with students to promote insurance careers.
- Visit Local Companies: Connect with businesses to advocate for RISE.
- Form Key Alliances: Build strategic partnerships to further RISE’s objectives.
- Host Events or Tables: Organize gatherings to showcase RISE’s initiatives.
- Willingness to Speak: Represent RISE at various events and engagements.
- Active Participation: Attend networking events to promote RISE.
- Campus Visits: Visit campuses at least once annually.
- Quarterly Meetings: Engage in regular meetings to share insights and achievements.
- Attend Local Events: Participate in pop-ups, summits, or conferences on behalf of RISE.
