The RISE Mentorship Program runs every Spring and Fall. It is a 3-month structured, virtual program where industry professionals are paired with a mentor/mentee and learn how to start an effective mentor relationship.

Mentors/Mentees will be paired based off interests, locations, and with their respective roles/companies in mind, to avoid any conflicts. Each pair will meet every 2 weeks.

After the 3 months, each pair can decide whether to continue the arrangement without guidance or adjust meeting frequency and style.

Mentors/Mentees are given access to the online course with training and questions to complete before and after each session. 

In addition, each month we host a Mentoring Monday, an optional open house featuring an insightful speaker, cross networking opportunities, and Q&A or networking time.
