Insure Your Future Internship Program
Each year, we proudly participate in Iowa’s Insure Your Future initiative, offering a 12-week rotational internship for college freshmen and sophomores. Interns explore multiple departments—including Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing & Communications—gaining a well-rounded view of the insurance life cycle. They work alongside experienced professionals, build valuable skills, and form lasting connections.
Traditional Summer Internships
Our 12-week department-specific internships are ideal for students nearing graduation or early career professionals. These roles offer deep experience in a chosen field and often lead to full-time opportunities.
High School Mentorships
We also offer mentorship programs for high school students, providing early exposure to the insurance industry and helping them build foundational skills for future success.
