Save the Date: The 2024 Leadership Summit & Awards Gala will be June 19-20, 2024 in Fort Lauderdale, FL!
The 2023 RISE Leadership Summit & Awards Gala featured interactive leadership training, top-tier networking, and a proper celebration for the best in the insurance industry, our 35 Under 35 Winners. Attendees will learned fast-paced TED-Talk style sessions and interactive workshops, and networked with attendees from over 150 companies over two days.
Attendees chose sessions in either the Personal Development or Management Track, each featuring content that is relevant to where you are in your career. Our impressive lineup of dynamic speakers included top executives from carriers across the industry.
The Personal Development track included sessions on goal setting, time management & decision making, as well as workshops focused on Professional Development and Presentation Skills.
For those who are already managing teams, they learned from industry thought leaders sessions on Team Building, Running Effective Meetings, and Managing Conflict, and got hands-on in workshops centered on Communication Styles and Motivating Your Team.

Arriving and Departing:
Registration opens on Tuesday, May 23 at 12pm Eastern and the first sessions begin at 1pm. The event concludes after the Awards Gala on May 24th at 8:30pm.
What is the dress code?
The attire for the Leadership Summit is business casual. The Awards Gala in the evening is Black Tie optional/Cocktail Attire.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are permitted to attend the Cocktail Receptions on May 23 & 24, and the Awards Gala on May 24. Please be sure to purchase a guest ticket.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration up to 30 days in advance for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Please submit your cancellation to tsnoddy@riseprofessionals.com
