RISE is hosting our 7th annual RISE Awards in person on May 23-24 in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Join us for the 2023 RISE Leadership Summit & Awards Gala- featuring interactive leadership training, top-tier networking, and a proper celebration for the best in the insurance industry, our 35 Under 35 Winners.
The annual RISE Awards recognizes top rising talent in the insurance industry. Every year we receive dozens of nominations of deserving young professionals who are making an impact in their company, community, and the industry as a whole. To be eligible, nominees must work in the insurance industry and be under 35 years of age.
Submit a Nomination from January 1 – February 15
Attendees will have the option to register for either the Personal Development or Management Track, each featuring content that is relevant to where you are in your career. There is something for everyone!
The Personal Development track includes sessions on goal setting, time management & decision making, as well as workshops focused on Professional Development and Presentation Skills.
For those who are already managing teams, learn from industry thought leaders sessions on Team Building, Running Effective Meetings, and Managing Conflict, and get hands-on in workshops centered on Communication Styles and Motivating Your Team.

Arriving and Departing:
Registration opens on Tuesday, May 23 at 12pm Eastern and the first sessions begin at 1pm. The event concludes after the Awards Gala on May 24th at 8:30pm.
What is the dress code?
The attire for the Leadership Summit is business casual. The Awards Gala in the evening is Black Tie optional/Cocktail Attire.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are permitted to attend the Cocktail Receptions on May 23 & 24, and the Awards Gala on May 24. Please be sure to purchase a guest ticket.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration up to 30 days in advance for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Please submit your cancellation to [email protected]
What is your COVID-19 policy?
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. Do not attend if you are sick, have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. RISE will comply with CDC guidelines as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
