Catamaran Cruise ($195 | REGISTRATION REQUIRED)
Embark on a Catamaran Cruise! Meet at the designated spot at 12:30, whether you choose to walk or ride over, as the boat sets sail promptly at 1 pm. Revel in the scenic views and gentle breeze as you explore the waters, with the cruise returning by 3 pm, ensuring you’re back to your hotel by 3:30 pm. This adventure includes a delicious box lunch, an open bar, and a guided tour of Fort Lauderdale’s enchanting waterways.
Pickleball Tournament (No cost | REGISTRATION REQUIRED)
Prepare for an exhilarating Pickleball Tournament scheduled from 1-4 pm, promising an afternoon filled with competition and camaraderie. Beginning at 12:30, gather with your team to enjoy a boxed lunch and meet fellow participants. The action kicks off promptly at 1:00 pm with the first round. Each participant will receive a box lunch, a commemorative t-shirt, and equipment rental (although bringing your own gear is welcomed). Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase your skills, compete for the trophy, and revel in the thrill of Pickleball.

Beachfront Watersports (No cost | First-come, first-served | RSVP REQUIRED)
Dive into an afternoon of beachside adventure with an array of exciting water sports awaiting you. From 1-4 pm, kayaks and paddleboards are reserved exclusively for RISE participants, offering the perfect opportunity to explore the coastal waters and soak in the sun. Watersports are first-come, first-served.

Pool or Beach Day (No cost)
Enjoy a relaxing pool and beach day as part of your hotel amenities. Take a dip in the Tropical Lagoon Outdoor Pool, conveniently located on-site and heated for your comfort. Towels are provided for your convenience.
Head to the beach, just a quick 2-minute walk across A1A. Your resort fee covers a beach chair and a one-hour rental of non-motorized water sports equipment. While there, visit the Loggerhead Sand Bar, our resort’s outdoor beach bar, where you can enjoy craft cocktails and light bites from the grill. Relax in the laid-back atmosphere of Fort Lauderdale, with the soothing sounds of the nearby Atlantic Ocean.

Indulge yourself with a massage, facial, body scrub or other treatment at our hotel’s 22,000-square-foot full-service spa. Arriving and Departing:
Registration opens on Tuesday, June 18 at 12pm and the conference kicks off with a Welcome Reception at 5:30pm. The event concludes after the Awards Gala on June 20 at 8:45pm.
What is the dress code?
The attire for the Leadership Summit is business casual. The Awards Gala in the evening is Formal/Black Tie Optional Attire.
Can I bring a guest?
Guests are permitted to attend the Cocktail Receptions on June 18 & 19, and the Awards Gala on June 20. Please be sure to purchase a guest ticket.

What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your registration up to 30 days in advance for a full refund, less a $25 processing fee. Please submit your cancellation to tsnoddy@riseprofessionals.com
What is your COVID-19 policy?
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. Do not attend if you are sick, have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, or are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. RISE will comply with CDC guidelines as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
