The RISE Mentorship Program runs every Spring and Fall. It is a 3-month structured, virtual program where industry professionals are paired with a mentor/mentee and learn how to start an effective mentor relationship.
The Spring Mentorship Program specifically runs from February to May.
Pairs of mentors and mentees are strategically matched based on shared interests, locations, and their respective roles/companies to prevent conflicts. Meetings between each pair occur every two weeks.
Upon completion of the three-month program, pairs have the option to continue their arrangement without formal guidance or adjust the frequency and style of their meetings.
Mentors and mentees gain access to an online course, featuring training modules and questions to be completed before and after each session.
Additionally, every month, we organize Mentoring Monday, an optional open house event that includes an insightful speaker, opportunities for cross-networking, and dedicated time for Q&A or networking.
