RISE Announces 2025 Impact Award Winner

More than 1,000 global insurance industry organizations have come together for the grassroots Insurance Careers Movement to inspire more people to choose insurance as a rewarding, limitless, and purpose-driven career and to recognize exceptional emerging leaders. The Insurance Careers Movement leads the February Insurance Careers Month initiative which, for more than a decade, has fostered vibrant global social media conversations on strong insurance careers, how the industry is innovating and helps in times of need, professional development opportunities, and how the insurance industry gives back. Throughout February, Insurance leaders and organizations share powerful stories on social media, host collegiate insurance competitions, meet with high school and college students, participate in career fairs, and other talent events. Co-Founders and the current leadership team of the Insurance Careers Movement include APCIA, The Jacobson Group, AM Best, Marguerite Tortorello, Kirstin Marr, and Matthew Mosher. The Insurance Careers Movement co-hosts the Emerging Leaders Conference with APCIA and AM Best.
