A fun fact about our intern program at Westfield is the collaborative team structure built into the design of the program. Interns from different areas of the business are grouped into teams to work together on a variety of activities. These activities include networking with employees, team challenges at events, LinkedIn Learning participation, and event attendance. This approach not only fosters teamwork and camaraderie but also provides a comprehensive learning experience, helping interns to develop a diverse set of skills while building strong relationships with each other.
